The problem of too many ideas

I first saw the property in August of this year, and fell in love. It hits all of my requirements; the land, the buildings, the farmhouse itself, the view, the vibe. It has literally everything that was on my list and it is within my budget. So I'm obviously super excited about it and everything I can do with the place.
In fact I'm so excited about it that any time I close my eyes to sleep, instead I start imagining what I am going to do with my home. I have planned the entire thing top to bottom, backwards and forwards countless times. For every space I have a thousand ideas (some very practical and some utterly insane, but maybe plausible if I can get physics to cooperate) and they are all swirling around in my head.
My hope is that if I can put some of the ideas on paper and make them somewhat more tangible then the swirling might chill out enough for me to actually sleep. Alternatively, putting ideas down on paper might just create more room from new ideas, I guess we shall see.
